I just wanted to thank you so much for all of your
help and support in getting our house sold. In a
market where nothing is selling quickly, you were
reliable and consistent, and our house sold in the
timeframe we needed it to! I can't tell you how much
we appreciate your help - especially your patience
dealing with a crazy pregnant lady! :)

Dave is one awesome guy and fantastic agent. If anyone wants to own a home, he is the one that will not only find that dream home but make it happen. He is on your side and would do anything for you. Dave made it happen for us. We looked for months. He was there with us through it all. He wouldn't let us settle for just anything. He's honest and up front. Will tell you like it is. Now that's what we want to know when we're looking at a home. He knew what we wanted and was going to find it for us. When we did find our home we had a home to sell. He organized it all so we would have it sold before our new home was purchased. We had both closings on the same day and moved in too. We could not have done this without Dave, as he's extremely intelligent, very organized, and on top of his game. He did such a great job he made the whole process and moving day easy. With all we had going. That's amazing don't you think. So thanks Dave for making it all happen. We have so much respect for you. We can't ever thank you enough. Just hope everyone who is looking for a home will find out what we already know. You are the best.

I have been looking for a house for about 4 years and have dealt with several realtors. They were not helpful at all and would never get back to me. So I decided to do some more research on the Web. I came across Realty Executives Northwest. I called and spoke with David Sartirana. Right off the bat I could tell he cared. I told him the style I was looking for and my price range. He set me up on e-mail so that I would get properties sent to me everyday. I finally found the one and NOW I am a homeowner. Throughout the whole process he was on top of things. He always got back to me right away and always kept me updated. He went above and beyond. I was very happy and would recommend him to everyone.
